10 Safety Management Myths

I was sitting at an airport watching my airplane pull into a gate recently. The ground crew hustled into position to ensure a safe arrival. The fueling truck was standing by at a safe distance. All tractors and conveyors were in their designated positions. Watching this scenario play out prompted me to reflect on my experience as a front line supervisor with safety as a collateral duty.
